VENDOR INFORMATION

SET UP IS ANY TIME FROM 7 AM SATURDAY MORNING. BREAKDOWN IS 5 PM SUNDAY EVENING.

 

All vendors can bring a free helper. We give you both a vendor badge. That way you can both work but also wander around the festival for fun

 

Outside vendors with tents:

You can set up anytime from 7 am Saturday. Please put your car or RV right behind your tent.

You can stay in your RV overnight Saturday.

We have a security guard who will be roaming at night. Porta potties are available.

 Lower ticket kid specific vendors are better outside.

 

Be ready for customers at 10 am Saturday please.

 

Pets must stay in RV unless you have insurance for dog bites. We understand they are 'family' but we have insurance requirements too. If your fur buddy loves kids and likes being petted and it is small and doesn't bark at people it may be OK. Individual evaluation.

 

Your tent needs to be fire rated for Howard County. 

 

Inside Vendors:

We open at 10 am. If you are inside you can set up from 7 am but you can set up closer to 8:30 as the customers will get to you later than the outside vendors. High ticket item vendors are best inside. You do not need a tent.

 

You can bring a free helper. They will get a vendor badge too so you can wander around the festival sometimes.

REFUNDS:

Pay now to secure your spot. If you are not selected or the festival is cancelled for any reason you will receive a FULL REFUND! You will be notified within two weeks and receive you refund at the same time. It is also 100% refundable up to one month before the event.

IMPORTANT:

All vendor tents need to be compliant with the Howard County Fire Safety Regulations.
